Our Segmental Box Girders cast using match cast technology in factory controlled environment. In short match casting method, the mould will be stationary, where the segments will be move from the casting position to match casting position. This type of casting method can accomodate variation in segments sectional geometry and will required only limited space while ensuring the manufacturing process is controlled.
