SPC has great experience in manufacturing of precast reinforced concrete sleeper and Pre-stressed concrete sleeper for railway track projects in Singapore and Malaysia. Our sleeper manufacturing is based on a long-line production system with latest specially fabricated equipment. Our plant has current capacity of producing 100,000 sleepers per annum and expandable based on the projects.

Description

Pre-stressed concrete or reinforced concrete sleepers are produced as to cater pandrol or vossloh fastening system. SPC is able to produce based on customer's specifically designed sleepers to cater the project needs. Quality of sleepers is ensured during manufacturing from the raw material till the sleepers are produced and routine test which ensures the technical compliance will be carried out.
